i adopted two rescue cats. one was found living in a colony of 30 cats being fed outside by a crazy lady. the other was found in the rain, almost dead. he's fully blind in one eye, and half blind in the other.
their names are eddie and stevie wonder, respectively.

chronic sniffles.
hats every day. no care. no washing. hair's growing.
It's also real 'my so called life'-red.
I've been living in teeshirts two sizes too big, and in real perochial oversized cardigans in between my stolen man-shammies and real non-fashionable flannel.
I'm sure that I'm giving off the vibe that I don't want to be met, which is accurate.
I had some young kids, aged 17 and 18, stay with me this past weekend. I took them to some shows and just hung out a ton. It was embarassingly cute to see how stoked on hardcore they are. It was legitimate passion- they had their iPods in while eating, sleeping, even watching movies. I loaded up their iPods with all my earlier hardcore and punk, along with a fuckton of metal and indie and grunge.. They were stoked out of their minds.
It makes me wish I was that stoked on ANYTHING anymore. Some big changes are in the works.
I'll be flying to Boston in 10 days. You've no idea how excited I am for a vacation. |
